Alison Whalley BA (Hons) Dip TP MRTPI
As the daughter of an architect and the sister of a building surveyor, a career in the built environment came very naturally to me. After more than decade working as a planning consultant for some of the big surveying firms in London, I moved to a village near Marlborough with my family and Honey the Labrador, and I’ve never looked back. I am still working on the tweed, but the rural life is now my life. I love it when my works give something back to the community.
I am a chartered town planner and a full Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). I have been a planning consultant for over 18 years. For the last seven years I have been based in Wiltshire helping clients in the county and beyond.
I provide town planning and development advice for individual projects and estate management contracts predominantly in Wiltshire, West Berkshire, Dorset, New Forest and Test Valley. I can help with site appraisals, planning applications and the handling of appeals. I take the pain out of the process, problem solve, and offer my clients a better chance of success.
