Class Q prior approval has been successfully achieved for an Estate in Shropshire. The approval has secured for conversion of the existing farm buildings into five new dwellings across 762sqm of floorspace.

Commercial uses approved in farm redevelopment
An application has been granted approval for Cranborne Estate by Dorset Council for new commercial uses at Holwell Farm, to complement the existing indusries operating there. The permission allows for a flexible commercial use and general industrial uses, including the demolition and rebuild of one of the barns to achieve a higher quality building.

Group Visitor Centre approved
I worked with Ramsbury Estate to successfully secure permission for a new group visitor centre. The centre will become a showcase for UK farming, with areas dedicated to farming methods, animal welfare and the latest scientific thinking. Created to spark a love for farming in younger minds, the scheme attracted widespread popular support leading to a positive pre-planning process and smooth approval process.
